Rest PAP2T

1. Plug phone into one of the line ports
2. Lift handset and dial **** to enter the IRV
3. dial RESET# (73738#) to factory reset
4. dial 1 to confirm
5. Hang up, the PAP2T should reset and now be accessible

now you don't need a user name and password to swtich to admin mode.
